Happy winter! As I have shared, I am living in Mt. Shasta City, California, in a beautiful rented home at the foot of the mountain, with my newly-adopted 4-year-old snuggly dog named Foxi Kay Moon.
The lower section of this home, the SOAARING Hearts Center, is designated to support survivors of RAMCOA, and hosts a weekly support group called “Retrieve and Grieve” that I started with another local survivor/coach healer. We have had up to five local attendees, fellowship dinners, and shared hang-out time. For this, I am very grateful!
I also started a Heartsound Yin (yoga) trauma-informed body presence class Friday evenings. This offering is open to all neighbors, but was created especially for survivors of abuse/neglect. Last week we had seven people attend! It was amazing! It's a lovely space to practice with just me and Foxi, but after class, the house is filled with light, sparkly energy all week. ✨️
My organization SOAAR Global PMA is also expanding our online services, preparing to launch a new cohort in our UPLIFT Groups for RAMCOA survivors in February 2026!
How is my personal recovery going? Well, 2025 was a tough year…losing my dog Sparky, a (former) friend’s harassment and ongoing attempts at public humiliation (her projections), ongoing painful memory healing work, not enough support, and loneliness were cumulatively very stressful. I have gained more weight from comfort eating, which is not actually comfortable! But, I forgive myself, and have added more support.
Happily in Mt. Shasta I found a compassionate therapist, a fantastic masseuse/cranial sacral healer, an enthusiastic personal trainer, several great 12-Step support meetings, and some interesting new friends. I am also looking into a several-month detoxification process starting soon to include juice cleanses, chlorine dioxide, colonics, and nutritional changes. I’ve also benefitted from in-person involvement in local group activism, which has resulted in me having an appointment to meet with the Mt. Shasta Chief of Police next week. Because of this vibrant and active community, I plan to ask for his support to hold the 2026 March for Innocence here!
Our 5th ANNUAL 2026 March for Innocence will be held in Mt. Shasta City, California on October 20, 2026!

Aaaaaaand, despite all the beauty and flow here, I am missing my hometown in Washington state. I’ve arranged two visits in the upcoming months, and plan to host a Valentine's Day Heartsound Yin class with a friend and fellow sound healer in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood!

Expect candlelight, soft music, singing bowls, gongs and chimes, and closing with quiet stillness.

In this second interview I share more about realizing as a child that there was something very wrong in my life and relationships, what happened, and I discuss the many miraculous experiences that kept me alive...demonstrating that a battle of good and evil had been present throughout my and my family's life.
🕊 I share about how a Near Death Experience at age 29 propelled me forward in a life purpose to help others and humanity heal from Organized Extreme Abuse.
📖 I mentioned my memoir Naked in Public about my sexual addiction recovery.
✨️ Sharri highlighted the complexity of growing up or living with others who have dissociated parts - good sides and malevolent sides, and the power of spiritual connection and strength to survive.
❤️🩹 I also shared about how programmed compulsion can be helped via addiction recovery, even if memories haven't yet returned.
🎇 I spoke of the grief growing up with a dissociated, robotic, mind-controlled, and at times possessed family ( especially my mother), and yet amazing moments that happened when we could occasionally connect in our authentic selves.
🪽I shared the story of my mother's death at her hospital bed, and how I saw her angelic spirit leave her body and she lovingly remains connected with me still.
🗝 Key point: That all the techniques used against me and other children in MK-ULTRA and SRA were done to better learn how to control the masses via corrupt media and mind control is HAPPENING NOW!

Part One: Innocence Stolen
Memory processing and select abuse memories from childhood, ages 0 (baby in crib), three, five, six, and ten. Sadly, these types of abuse, with regional variations, are typical for survivors of Organized Extreme Abuse.
Chapter 1: Toxic Sludge of Horror Memories (2013)
The challenge of pacing while processing memories of Organized Extreme Abuse: rape and recall of a “personality” or part with the capacity to kill.
Chapter 2: The Crib (1970)
Recall of black magic ritual of three men marking my baby self for evil; digital and oral gang rape and smearing semen while drawing vigils on my skin – how I reacted with denial as programmed, and to cope with the horror.
Chapter 3: Duchess (1973)
Kidnapped by my torture handler-Uncle Jerry, who had also dognapped a beloved family dog “Duchess” for a bond-breaking “Do Not Tell” torture program, where he forced me to watch the rape and murder of my dog while promising that if I told, my mother and I would be next.
Chapter 4: Stomping a Baby (1975)
MK-DELTA (assassin) training with a group of children in the Yakima, WA desert; drugged and commanded to murder a baby by crushing her under our feet. Child soldiering desensitization training, then back to our underground cells.
Chapter 5: Brave Pippi (1976)
Deep Underground Military Base (DUMB) next level MK-DELTA and Death Cult “handler” training: being “given” a younger child as a slave and abused and observed for most of a year, while groomed to murder her in exchange for being set free to live “topside” with my family again.
Chapter 6: They Especially Loved the Horrified Ones (1980)
Human hunt: a fancy holiday child drugging, rape, violence and murder “party” with “throwaway” children and those who, like me, were “assets too valuable to kill.”
Part Two: To Hell and Back…with a WARning

Triggered into compliance and brought via a magnetic levitation train underneath Paine Field in Everett, Washington to the Las Vegas underground for a mass Satanic Halloween ritual, which I believe are still occurring there as of the date of this publication.

About the Author
Anastasia Sprout is a survivor of childhood Organized Extreme Abuse which includes being bred for sexual enslavement, Satanic Ritual Abuse, and MK-ULTRA Trauma/Torture-Based Mind Control. She began to awaken to her abuse history in college, not realizing she was still being regularly forced to dissociate and comply with worldwide Death Cult operations until years later. She has spent her life seeking freedom, healing, and being of service to others.
She earned a Master’s Degree in social work in 1994 and worked in a variety of community health and mental health settings before she became a licensed psychotherapist specializing in addiction recovery.
In 2009, Anastasia began volunteering online with other organized abuse survivors and allies as a founding member of the North American Truth and Reconciliation Coalition. Since then, she has offered educational presentations about extreme abuse recovery for Survivorship, S.M.A.R.T., and the Ivory Gardens DID conferences.
In 2011 she launched a private clinical practice helping clients recover from sexual and pornography addictions, infidelity betrayal, and intimacy problems. In 2015 she published a memoir about her own recovery from sexual addiction called Naked in Public: A Memoir of Recovery from Sex Addiction and Other Temporary Insanities.
Anastasia has organized multiple community memorial services for victims of extreme abuse, which have brought together survivors and allies from all across the world. In 2021, she began to better understand the mass mind control/SRA operations behind many societal movements, and united with Seattle-area activists to protest and reclaim human rights via multiple in-person events. On October 20th, 2022 she launched the first American “March for Innocence” demonstration in Seattle, Washington, which have continued as annual events in multiple states across the country.
In 2023 she retired as a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) in private practice, and founded a new company called Support for Organized Abuse and Addiction Recovery, SOAAR Global PMA, which offers healing groups, individual coaching, and consultation for professionals who specialize in treating Ritual Abuse and Mind Control. She practices both online and in-person at the SOAARING Hearts Center clinic in Mt. Shasta, CA.

So proud of you and your dedication to seeing the evil go down . Beyond brave you are . I think Shasta calif is a great safe place, for now , to do all this book work, classes , your own ongoing healthy therapy , your post is MOST IMPRESSIVE ! Yin Yoga is so helpful ! Wish I could write like you do . As for me, all I can seem to do is work-out hard , learn Spanish , getting seriously fit healthy strong at 77 , then maybe down the road I'll get brave to speak up in this hugely Freemasons' dominated mind controlled Flagstaff community . They infiltrate everywhere ; clergy, judicial systems , NAU and public school teachers , Athletic club , politicians , medical ,, etc ...locating like-minded feels impossible . I do keep my healing practice ( @Heatherheals.com / @HolisticBodyworkDesign ) open to those who need it and are brave enough to step up for help. Funny so many psychologists here are the worst offender's of their own denial games . If I lived near your beautiful new home I would have loved to do my hands-on therapeutic somatic work, teach Yoga / Pilates fusion, enjoy your meditation group ! Most are so stuck in fear & brainwash here , paralyzed like we were , to stop obeying insane fake authorities . Have to say I am very paranoid to do any activist gatherings here , I have had powerful back lash threats to me . BE well , your so on the right track ! Bravo.
