"Ritualistic Child Sex Abuse" Hits the Mainstream News AGAIN...Thanks to the Utah SRA Activist Dream Team!

Utah Continues to Show America (and the World) How It's Done!

A dear friend recently said there are no more innocent bystanders. This means if you are an adult not working in some way to save humanity from the dark forces that occupy power and are horrifically abusing children, than you are spiritually complicit.

The reasons "I'm too busy" or "That's too painful to look at" will not bring absolution from guilt and accountability for neglecting to meaningfully intervene in mass abuse.

The time to sit on the fence is over; pick a side, or be placed on the side of the dark.

Do you agree?

It was my great honor and privilege to spend the last significant travel leg of almost one year of this Careavan journey in Provo, Utah USA. The culmination of this trip was to attend a seminar on Child Sex Trafficking and Satanic Ritual Abuse, a groundbreaking event created thanks to Cindy Metcalf and what I call “The Utah SRA Activism Dream Team” from Relentless Hope and their allies, on Saturday, May 3, 2025. The above video footage was taken the next day, created through momentum generated by this event. Below is a recording from the almost three-hour seminar shared from UtahCindy's blog (where you can find much more info about Relentless Hope):

Relentless Hope is a support organization in Utah for survivors of sex trafficking and ritual abuse. It’s made up of victim advocates who can also refer for qualified help. This unique Christian organization is not directly affiliated with the LDS church, but it was inspired by a phenomenal document called “The Glenn Pace Memo.” If you ever think that writing doesn’t matter, think again:

Glenn Leroy Pace was a general authority of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 1985 until his death. As a general authority, he served as a counselor in the presiding bishopric and also in the First Quorum of Seventy.

Glenn was asked to investigate the reports of ritual abuse within the Church. He interviewed 60 survivors and came to the conclusion that the survivors were telling the truth.

His “memo” is the record of this historic report.

More depth on the Glenn Pace Memo here:

Another vital LDS watchdog organization is called Floodlit, described on their website:

FLOODLIT provides information about people who were publicly accused of sex crimes allegedly committed while they were active members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We do not state or imply that individuals facing allegations are guilty of a crime or liable for civil claims. The reports on this website are merely allegations. The US legal system presumes that a person accused of or charged with a crime is innocent until proven guilty, and that defendants in civil actions are not liable for such claims unless a plaintiff proves otherwise.

If you are able to share any information about cases of sexual abuse in the Mormon church, please contact us.

What’s the Recipe for an SRA Exposure “Dream Team?”

Since June 2024 I traveled by campervan through nine states (Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Idaho and Utah) and their many, many cities and towns, looking for something IN PERSON that is working when it comes to exposing and ending Organized Extreme Abuse, including Satanic Ritual Abuse.

In Provo, Utah, I found a group of dedicated individuals and organizations taking the dark forces head on…and achieving victory after victory!

How are they doing this?

I’m still unpacking the recipe of The Utah SRA Activism Dream Team, but this I know for sure: key qualities all these individuals have are uncommon courage, passion for truth, a heart for child protection, and the strength to look deeply and unrelentingly at victim testimony of survivors of what the ABC4 News rightly called “Ritualized Child Sex Abuse.” And, they work together and genuinely seem to like each other.

In the case of the OEA survivors among them, these individuals have the guts to stand up, speak up, and say “NO MORE!” This is made possible by the good community of Utah that is surrounding and believing in them. It’s remarkable, and a role model for every city in every state of America.

This was the lineup of speakers at the Relentless Hope’s inspiring event:

❤️‍🔥Speaker 1: Cindy Metcalf Executive Director, Relentless Hope - see above.

“Child trafficking is the most evil, vile crime in the entire world. It seeks to destroy the innocent, the weak, and the vulnerable. We must try to do more to stop this trafficking of children…”

Cindy and Relentless Hope have created a safe and powerful organization to stand behind SRA/Trafficking survivors and lift them up. This adds credibility to their testimony, and shows the world that their pain will not be forgotten or silenced!

Cindy Metcalf testified in February 2024 that she and her partners “have interviewed over 190 survivors of ritual abuse.” By the date of this seminar in May 2025, this number had reached over 500!

As part of her testimony to the Utah state legislature, she addressed anyone who believes ritualistic abuse is simply a conspiracy theory.

“The ‘satanic panic’ theory has been debunked,” Metcalf said.

In 2024 Utah was considering a bill to make SRA illegal, and on March 25, 2025, it passed!*

This was in part thanks to Cindy’s diligence in collecting and skillfully representing such a large aggregate of survivor stories.

*More on this legal success in excerpts of a news article from Fox 13 - Utah, at the end of this article.

[Note: When I spoke at a 2016 conference in a talk I called “Extreme Abuse 101,” I knew of only two states that had passed ritual abuse laws, Idaho and Illinois.]

It’s good to see that a few more states have chose to address ritual abuse crimes!

I believe scrutinizing the Utah Hamblin case can spearhead wider revelation of the global criminal conspiracy perpetrated by the Church of Satan/Satanism - in this case hidden in the shadows of the LDS church…and far beyond. This can be the new “Epstein scandal” if we keep an honest court of public opinion alive, and unite in support of the boots-on-the-ground activists risking their lives, and livelihoods, in Utah!

California Senate Resolution 31
Montana Title 45-5-627
Louisiana Title 14:107.1

Why isn’t Ritualized Abuse illegal in every state in America, rather than only a handful - most lately, Utah?

And why was the Utah anti-SRA bill titled House Bill 66?!!

Thanks to the sponsors of the bill (66?!) to make Ritual Abuse illegal in Utah. We need this in all states.

❤️‍🔥Speaker 2: Goel, Juris Doctor, Investigaton Researcher

I quote Goel often in this blog, because I’ve been immensely impressed by his dogged investigation into the horrific and scandalously unlitigated crimes in Utah concerning the Hamblin and related SRA cases. As I’ve written elsewhere, I’ve looked for or tried to hire professional investigators to look into my own SRA past, and could never find any qualified help.

To expose “Ritualized Child Sex Abuse,” you need someone who can skillfully investigate and write unflinchingly about what is going on, and Goel does not give up even though he’s been harassed, threatened, and (maliciously) sued. He highlights survivor legal testimony to help people understand the gravity of these crimes, and his documentation is meticulous. This helps people realize the depth of urgency behind the need for justice, so we can help victims, and prevent new ones. And he pursues legal document (GRAMA) requests to uncover further proof of the criminal conspiracy that the police seem to be trying to cover up. That’s what inspired our protest Sunday May 4, 2025, to help Goel get the records he needs to do his job.

❤️‍🔥Speaker 3: Jason Preston, “We Are the People” Podcast Host

Jason and Alexia Preston are the married dynamic duo behind the We Are The People Utah podcast/webcast, with a specific playlist called Shadows of Power that has been giving a safe, loving platform to survivors of sexual trafficking and ritual abuse inside the LDS church and outside, to tell their stories. This kind of support is rare, and the pushback for them going out on this limb has been real:

The Prestons keep posting about the lawfare actions against them, and they aren’t backing down. A quote that launches the above video:

The stoic philosopher is the man who has liberated himself from fear. He’s not afraid of death, he’s not afraid of pain, he’s not afraid of other people’s dismissal as a fool. The only thing he cares about is that a man should meet his moral obligations.

As for the four profoundly powerful survivor “overcomer” testimonies, their own words say it all:

❤️‍🔥Speaker 7: Child Sex Trafficking Activist Marybeth Long

❤️‍🔥A Warm, Supportive Audience

I didn’t count how many people came out to the neighborhood church on a Saturday evening to witness these speakers and learn about sex trafficking and ritualized sex abuse of children, but from my guess it was near 75 souls. As dismal as this topic might seem, ultimately the stories conveyed resilience, the boundless cleverness of children, and the hope of adults who had done the work to heal and become inspirations for the rest of us. When the community shows up for survivors and allies in these numbers, it becomes an Organized Extreme Abuse Healing and Truth Community.

It was beautiful to be a part of what’s happening in Utah, and this kind of coordinated effort is the ONLY thing that will transform Organized Extreme Abuse - one city at a time. I believe that when enough communities unite behind this most important issue that, unaddressed, is destroying true goodness and innocence of all towns, OEA will be banished forever.

❤️‍🔥Bold Activists Who Take To The Streets

Cindy Metcalf was kind enough to let me make an announcement at the seminar’s end: I was planning to hold a rally the next day, Sunday May 4th, 2025 (May the Fourth Be With Us - it was!) at the Provo Police Department; I would bring signs and sign-making supplies; could anyone available please join me to help hold the police accountable in the Hamblin case? And show up they did!

I learned about rallies, protests and marches mostly from my medical freedom activism in Seattle, Washington, and my spirit called me to bring a gathering to Provo, since Goel was waiting on multiple records requests and reported that the Provo Police kept delaying releasing them. Could public pressure/protest influence them to do their duty to “protect and serve” by releasing the records Goel had legally requested and paid for?

I couldn’t do this alone. I was tired, and really missing Sparky my dog, who had died in January at age 98 (in dog years). I felt lonely and depleted.

I was realizing that I needed to settle down in a home base rather than live on the road full-time any longer in Goldie, my campervan. But a local Utah friend helped me find the strength to put on the rally, and another friend flew in from St. Louis to support me and the Careavan. 💞She bravely called major news stations in Utah to tell them about the protest. And if you watched the video above, you noted that ABC4 actually showed up and asked me for a statement!

This was a significant experience for me, because a key role I was supposed to play as a Death-Cult “spooksmodel” was to become a “talking head” (bobblehead) spouting cult deceptive nonsense on the news. The movie “The Seduction” (1982 - I was twelve) was used heavily in this programming for me to install a cult-determined “life purpose.” Being interviewed on the news on the side of the SRA activists felt like a special moment of proving to myself that I was free from their control and using the “training” I received to thwart the negative forces on this planet!

And, as ABC4 aired the clip, also posted on their YouTube channel, you can see how lovely Utah locals “had my back” while educating passersby and busy street traffic with their signs and conversation. Definitely a “Dream Team” effort! Special thanks to all my new Beehive state friends for your support and ongoing efforts to STOP SATANIC RITUAL ABUSE!

DOES YOUR TOWN HAVE AN SRA ACTIVIST DREAM TEAM YET LIKE UTAH?

IS SRA ILLEGAL IN YOUR STATE YET?

If not, DO TRY THIS AT HOME!

We need dream teams like the trend-setters in Utah in every state. Can you imagine yourself on such a team? Which role would you have?

Children are still being abused in horrific rituals regularly. It feels fantastic to speak up about it, and we got lots of honks and thumbs up. People care about children…we just have to unite with purpose and get organized!

❤️‍🔥And Finally: Every City Needs Mainstream & Independent SRA News coverage

Below are two SRA-related news stories:

❤️‍🔥1) FOX 13: About the efforts to make (Satanic) Ritualized Child Abuse Illegal in Utah

❤️‍🔥2) Independent journalist Derek Broze: Calling out the lack of justice on the Hamblin case in Utah.

1) After an emotional night of testimony, Utah moves forward with bill to outlaw ‘ritualistic’ child abuse (IT PASSED 3/25/2025!)

By: Adam Herbets (excerpts)

Feb 22, 2024

SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah State Legislature is moving forward with a bill that would criminalize “ritualistic” abuse of children.

If it passes, the bill would define ritual abuse for the first time in Utah history. It has now received a “favorable recommendation” from the House Judiciary Committee.

With tears in her eyes and her voice shaking, Cara Baldree decided to testify in favor of the bill while holding a picture of a young girl in her arms.

“I’m speaking up for her. I’m speaking up for her because she’s the bravest little girl,” Baldree said. “If I could go back in time, I would hug her and tell her she is beautiful.”

READ: Utah considers bill defining 'ritualistic' abuse of children

According to the bill, the word “ritual” means “an event or act or a series of events or acts marked by specific actions, gestures, or words, designed to commemorate, celebrate, or solemnize a particular occasion or significance in a religious, cultural, social, institutional, or other context.”

The bill would prohibit the following acts, so long as they are intentional and "cause substantial psychological distress or bodily injury to a child."

(1) Causing a child to participate in or witness...

  • the torture, mutilation, or sacrifice of an animal

  • the dissection, mutilation, or incineration of a human corpse

  • the causing of serious bodily injury to an individual

  • bestiality

  • sadistic or masochistic activities

  • the ingestion or external application of human bones, blood, flesh, human vomit, animal vomit, saliva, urine, semen, fecal material, or other bodily secretion

  • an activity that would constitute a criminal offense

(2) Causing a child to...

  • enter a coffin or open grave containing a human corpse or remains

  • participate in a mock, unauthorized, or unlawful marriage ceremony as an individual being married to another individual or a fictional representation

  • ingest, inject, or otherwise intake a chemical compound, narcotic, drug, hallucinogen, or anesthetic

(3) Threatening a child, or the child's parents, family, pets, or friends with...

  • death

  • serious bodily injury

  • other criminal activitiy

(4) Deprives a child of sleep, food, or water

(5) Binds or confines a child

(6) Otherwise acts to cause to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of any individual

If convicted, imprisonment would be mandatory. The law carves out exceptions for legitimate medical care and "reasonable discipline or management of a child." The law also carves out exceptions for self-defense.

Baldree described ritual abuse as involving chains, cannibalism, and child prostitution.

The bill is being sponsored by Rep. Ken Ivory, R-West Jordan.

“This is horrific, heinous, vile conduct,” Ivory said. “I had a survivor tell me that, as a child, she was told that they had planted a bomb inside of her and that if she told anyone? They could detonate the bomb... There is a general culture in child sexual abuse that it’s bad to tell. Someone will hurt you if you tell. They’ll hurt your family members if you tell. They won’t believe you if you tell.”

In response to several questions and hypotheticals, Ivory said nobody is going to "accidentally commit ritualistic abuse."

"That's not going to happen," Ivory said. "It's not going to happen in the course of any known religion."

There has been a lot of discussion surrounding the topic of ritual abuse in Utah over the past few years.

Brett Bluth, a survivor who also testified in favor of the bill, was interviewed by FOX 13 News in 2022 after the Utah County Sheriff’s Office announced it had received tips from more than 130 potential victims of ritualistic abuse.

The agency described the majority of those tips as “credible.”

Bluth testified that he was the victim of ritualistic abuse at the hands of a Utah therapist named David Hamblin.

“Hypnosis was a big part of it,” Bluth said. “That was his main technique.”

Bluth said his therapy included “torture therapy, suffocation therapy, rape therapy.”

Hamblin and his ex-wife, Roselle "Rosie" Stevenson, are currently facing charges of sexual assault after being arrested by the Utah County Sheriff's Office based on the reports of other alleged victims.

Utah County Sheriff Mike Smith said he could not speak about the investigation because it is ongoing.

“Without a doubt, these things do happen,” Smith said. “I was attacked (for believing the victims). I was ridiculed. I’ve had memes made about me because of it.”

Former Utah County Attorney David Leavitt held a press conference in 2022, naming himself as a suspect of ritualistic abuse. During the press conference, he announced that he is not a cannibal and described his prior relationship with Hamblin.

“There is no organized ring of abuse,” Leavitt said. “It was debunked more than 10 years ago.”

Despite the high-profile cases, Ivory said other cases happen even more often than the public realizes – which is why he believes the law needs to change.

“I know of heard a little bit some of the things in the news,” Ivory said. “It wasn’t really something fully in my awareness, but now I’ve got a constituent (Baldree). This is her story... She just started to cry, and she said, ‘They believe me. The legislature believed me.’”

Idaho and Texas have similar laws contemplating the ritualistic abuse of children.

The House Judiciary Committee favorably recommended the bill. The vote was nearly unanimous, with Rep. Brian King (D-Salt Lake City) voting against the bill.

“I’m not there on the ritual abuse yet,” King said. “I want more research. I want more information.”

Utah has studied ritualistic abuse in the past.

A 1992 study published by the Utah State Task Force on Ritual Abuse concluded "ritual abuse was occurring in Utah as a significant problem and recommended that the legislature appropriate $250,000 to the Utah Attorney General's Office to hire four investigators for a year."

2) Ritualistic Sex Abuse Charges Dismissed Against Admitted Child Abuser David Hamblin

April 1, 2025 by Derek Broze

Thanks to the brave activist crew in Utah, Derek’s April 1, 2025 story of police failure to pursue justice will NOT be the last word on the Hamblin case…if you missed it at the start of this article, check out this coverage from ABC4 Utah, below.

Derek is the only other outside journalist I know that has championed justice in Utah SRA.

Broze covers the Utah case, though he lives in Mexico!

I noted an interesting comment on his excellent article:

Mormon ritual ? Mormons infests the CIA. Utah Salt Lake City is also the head quarters of the NSA. I would not be surprised one bit that this animal like Jeffrey Epstein, is a CIA MOSSAD asset. 🤔

Yes, Ritual Abuse is illegal in Utah now. We need everyone to do their part to ensure this law is upheld in the Hamblin case, and all for 159+ alleged perpetrators of the Utah ritualized sex abuse criminal conspiracy.

The Utah SRA Activist Dream Team and friends are correcting the tired old “Satanic Panic” false perp-paradigm.

In Utah and globally, the ones panicking should be active SRA perpetrators.
