During my primary programming at age 5, I was programmed as a Delta, and the 4 other kids in my group were Alpha, Beta, Gamma, and Omega. I didn’t know there were so many other types used. For context this would have been in the mid 80s
That is helpful and tragic...mine was in the 70's mostly, with later "refresher" programming (torture)...it keeps going until we stop it. Thank you for the service of your story. Many will read this we will never know, and hopefully feel less crazy, less alone, and less shame. ❤️

I think OSDD used to be known as Dissociative Disorder, Not Otherwise Specified (DDNOS). They're constantly renaming things.
